Terms of service​
  •     I agree to provide modelling services for the Company as part of photoshoots, interviews, or any other work requested by the Company.
  •     I acknowledge that they are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of the Company. The Model shall have no authority to bind the Company or represent it in any legal capacity.
  •      I know that Compensation for services provided will be outlined in a separate contract. Any agreed-upon fees will be paid according to the schedule specified in that contract.
  •      I agree that the Company may use, edit, and distribute photographs, videos, or any media content I appear in. This includes but is not limited to, marketing, promotional material, social media, and advertising.
  •      I consent to the Company using their image, likeness, and voice in any format, without the need for additional permissions or compensation unless otherwise specified.
  •     I agree that VZOUX, its affiliates, employees, directors, agents, and representatives, including VZOUX, will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from the Model's participation in any event, project, or work related to the VZOUX.
  •     I release and forever discharge the VZOUX from any liabilities, demands, claims, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of the Model's services or work with the Company.
  •      I agree not to disclose confidential or proprietary information belonging to the Company, its partners, or clients. This includes but is not limited to, business strategies, client information, and upcoming projects.
  •       I agree not to bring any claims or lawsuits against VZOUX, or any affiliated individuals for any reason related to their work or services provided to VZOUX. This includes claims of personal injury, emotional distress, defamation, or breach of contract unless willful misconduct or gross negligence is involved.
  •    VZOUX reserves the right to terminate this Agreement anytime for any reason without any notice.
  •    I may also terminate the agreement with written notice but will forfeit any fees or compensation if termination occurs before the completion of services.
  •    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Model and the Company and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements.
  •   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of British Columbia.
  •       This Agreement may not be modified or amended except  signed by both parties.
